Investors Eye LOT Air Carrier
Several potential industrial and financial investors have expressed interest in Poland’s flagship air carrier LOT, which the government wants to privatize in 2011, the company’s CEO Sebastian Mikosz told the PAP news agency.
As part of the privatization process we have carried out a series of meetings with interested investors, Mikosz said. We are focusing on industry partners.
The government wants to sell LOT in 2011 after the company completes its restructuring program. In August LOT selected Morgan Stanley as its privatization advisor.
